Summer Academy Dates: June 2 to June 26 at John Gutierrez Middle School. 

School Site Council Meeting: Our last School Site Council Meeting of the year will be on Wednesday, April 29^th at 5pm in the library. Review Agenda Here. Join in person or virtually. Virtual Meeting Link.

Mobile Vaccination Clinic: Friday, May 1 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm in the Gavilan View Gym. Vaccinations: TDAP, HPV, and Meningococcal.

5^th Grade Orientations: 5^th Grade students from New Republic Elementary, McKinnon Elementary, and Santa Rita Elementary will be visiting GVMS this Monday, April 27^th and Friday, May 1^st.

State Testing: Students will take their state tests from April 13 to May 1. Please review the parent notification letters that were sent via Parent Square on April 1^st.

4^th Quarter Progress Reports: Should arrive in your mailboxes at home sometime during the week of April 27 – May 1. Check Aeries for the most updated grades.

8^th Grade Panoramic Picture: Friday, May 1^st during 1^st period. Students must be on time to school & must be in dress code to be pictured. Order your pictures online using the Picture ID Code: BY045049T0

Homework Centers: Our school offers help with Homework during lunch in room 12 on regular days and after school on Wednesdays in room 1. See flyers for more information – English & Spanish.

Right at School (RAS) After School Program: Registration is open! The after program is available every day after school until 6:00pm. Use this link to register.
