No School on Monday, January 20, 2025
This is a reminder that there will be no school on Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Dr. King’s enduring legacy reminds us of the power of kindness, courage, and standing up for justice. As we reflect on his contributions, let’s encourage our students to honor his dream by treating others with respect and striving for equity in our community. Information on Salinas MLK March.

Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

Evacuation Drill on Wednesday, Jan 22nd
On Wednesday, we will practice an evacuation drill. This is helpful for students to know meeting locations and alternative locations should we ever have the need to evacuate the classroom. These drills are brief, about 5-10 minutes.

Attendance Matters!
Families: We need your help!
Our attendance has been dropping this month.
Below you can see how many students were absent each day as well as how many were unexcused absences. Additionally, you'll see we're having issues with students arriving to their classes tardy.

Regular attendance is key to student success! When students miss school, they miss out on valuable learning and opportunities to connect with peers. Let’s work together to ensure every student is present and ready to learn every day. Thank you for your support in helping our school community thrive!
