GVMS Beach Trip Reminder

Hello GVMS families,

This is a friendly reminder for those of you whose children are attending the Beach Trip tomorrow, September 5th. Please take note of the following important information to help the day run smoothly.

Check In & Gear

Students must check in after school at the red benches next to the gym. They can change into their beach clothes beforehand.
They should bring a beach bag with a change of clothes and a towel.
No water toys are allowed.
Please leave valuables at home. Gavilan View is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Students can store their backpacks at school during the trip if needed.

Food & Drinks

Food will be provided, including a hot dog, chips, a water bottle, and a dessert.
We will also have gluten-free options available.
Students are welcome to bring their own snacks, but please remind them that sharing is not permitted due to our school policy on food allergies and student safety.

Transportation & End of Trip

Every student MUST ride the school bus there and MUST ride the school bus back.
No parent drop offs or early pick ups.
All students MUST have a ride home from the trip.
Walking home will NOT be permitted.
