Hawk of the Week

Stellar Staff Member

Kelly

Ginger Kelly

We are thrilled to shine the spotlight on our incredible Academic Coach/Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA), Mrs. Ginger Kelly, as our Hawk of the Week!

Mrs. Kelly was nominated by her peers, who had volumes to say about her indispensable contributions:
  • A Coaching Rock Star: Her colleagues celebrate Mrs. Kelly for always being ready to help, patiently answering all questions, and quickly settling any nerves. She truly "rocks coaching!"
  • Expert Support: As a voice of expertise, Mrs. Kelly goes above and beyond to help all staff, whether she's assisting with designing engaging lessons, creating specialty items like certificates, or mentoring our new teachers.
  • Invaluable Leadership: Mrs. Kelly is an extension of our administration and a core member of our leadership team. She also serves on various district committees, lending her valuable experience and feedback for program improvement.
  • Behind-the-Scenes Success: She does so much behind the scenes to ensure our programs—such as Homework Contracts, Short Term Independent Studies, and Professional Learning Communities—not only run smoothly but thrive.

Mrs. Kelly is such an invaluable asset to our team, and we honestly don't know what we'd do without her! Her dedication, wisdom, and willingness to help everyone make a massive difference every single day.

Thank you, Mrs. Kelly, for everything you do!
