Quick Updates: Student Schedules, Bus Routes, & School Supply Drop Drive!

Dear Families,

I hope you are having a wonderful week! As we count down the days to the start of the school year, I wanted to share three quick reminders and updates before our first official weekly newsletter goes out this Sunday.

1. Student Schedules & Data Confirmation

Student schedules will begin releasing tomorrow, Friday, July 31st, in the Aeries Parent Portal.

• Important Note: Schedules will only be visible for families who have completed the annual Data Confirmation process in the portal.
• INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO COMPLETE DATA CONFIRMATION

Didn't get your schedule? No worries! Any student who does not receive their schedule before the first day will get a paper copy at school. We will have signs posted on campus listing 1st period classes so students know where to go. Once in their 1st period class, their teacher will hand them their full schedule.

2. Bus Routes Are Now Posted

Transportation information for the upcoming school year is ready! You can review the updated bus routes using the links below:

3. Announcement: School Supply Drop Drive! ✏️📓

We are excited to announce a School Supply Drop event! We are collecting donated supplies to ensure all of our students and classrooms are set up for success this year. Please see the attached flyer for full details on dates, drop-off locations, and requested items. Any contribution is greatly appreciated!
